How to Hop On?

• Guests can purchase the hotel room package which will include the Lantau Sightseeing Bus ticket(s).

• A confirmation email will be sent to the guest(s) upon check in

• Guests can show the confirmation email to the "Lantau Sightseeing Bus" driver at any bus stop along the route.

• Once the bus driver confirms, guests will receive a one-day bus ticket, allowing them to board or alight at any designated bus stop.

Terms and Conditions - "Lantau Sightseeing Bus":

• Availability of hop-on and hop-off bus service is subject to the availability of vacant seats on the bus. The bus driver reserves the right to refuse boarding to guests holding bus tickets if vacant seats are unavailable.
• The listed arrival times are for reference only. The actual arrival time of the bus may vary due to road traffic conditions and unforeseeable circumstances.
• Ngong Ping 360 reserves the right to deviate from the designated bus route based on road and traffic conditions on the day of travel.
• Guests must allocate sufficient time for boarding the bus and the required travel time. Ngong Ping 360 bears no liability or responsibility if the actual bus travel and arrival time differ from the estimated time.
• While Ngong Ping 360 strives to operate its open-top double-decker buses, it reserves the right to operate other types of buses occasionally, especially in hot or inclement weather.
• Ngong Ping 360 Limited will not be held liable for any loss, inconvenience, or refund resulting from bus breakdowns, traffic congestion, adverse weather conditions, or other events beyond the control of the company.
• Ngong Ping 360 may, at its discretion, require any person to disembark from the service if their conduct is deemed offensive or disruptive to other passengers, or if their behaviour poses a risk to their own safety or the safety of other passengers. Ngong Ping 360 will not have any further liability in such cases. With the exception of guide dogs, no animals or pets are allowed on board the bus.
• Eating, drinking, smoking, and consuming alcohol are strictly prohibited on the bus.
• Bus tickets are non-transferable, non-resalable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Sold tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded.
• This offer cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers.
• The opening hours of Ngong Ping 360 are subject to change due to inclement weather or other special circumstances. Please refer to the Ngong Ping 360 website for updated information before departure.
• Ngong Ping 360 Limited and Big Bus reserve the right to modify the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
• In the event of any disputes, the decision of Ngong Ping 360 Limited and Big Bus shall be final.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellation or amendment is allowed for the Promotional Rate you have confirmed. A full non-refundable prepayment for the entire stay will be charged to your credit card at time of booking. Failure to arrive at the hotel will result in forfeiture of the prepayment.
